We have been in business since 1981 and are members of the Community Association Institute, Greeley Area Realtor Association, Greeley-Weld Chamber of Commerce, Evans Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. We have a staff of sixteen including our field managers, office personnel and maintenance staff. We provide 24-7 emergency on call service.

  • Accounting and collection of current and past Homeowners’ assessments

  • Assisting the Board in writing annual budgets
  • Assisting the Board in compliance with all applicable HOA laws and regulations
  • Management of the completion of all regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs as necessary
  • Vendor Management – assisting the Board with attaining bids for work performed on behalf of the Association
  • Attend board and annul meetings
  • Touring HOA common areas a minimum of twice weekly
